【摘要】：目的探討重癥全身性炎癥反應(yīng)綜合征患者營養(yǎng)風(fēng)險篩查情況和補(bǔ)硒治療效果。方法 54例重癥全身性炎癥反應(yīng)綜合征患者,其中23例存在營養(yǎng)不良風(fēng)險,作為營養(yǎng)不良風(fēng)險組;另31例營養(yǎng)正常,作為營養(yǎng)正常組。將營養(yǎng)不良風(fēng)險組患者隨機(jī)分為對照組(12例)和觀察組(11例)。對照組采用常規(guī)治療,觀察組采用補(bǔ)硒治療,比較兩組營養(yǎng)指標(biāo)、并發(fā)癥和急性生理與慢性健康評分表(APACHEⅡ)評分情況。結(jié)果54例患者中23例存在營養(yǎng)不良風(fēng)險,發(fā)生率為42.59%;營養(yǎng)不良風(fēng)險組的BMI、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血紅蛋白(Hb)和紅細(xì)胞計數(shù)均低于營養(yǎng)正常組(P0.05);觀察組治療后第14天的ALB、Hb高于對照組(P0.05);觀察組腹脹、腹瀉、高血糖和胃腸出血等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率均低于對照組(P0.05);觀察組治療14d后的APACHEⅡ評分低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論重癥全身性炎癥反應(yīng)綜合征患者極易發(fā)生營養(yǎng)不良風(fēng)險,及時給予補(bǔ)硒治療可有效改善患者營養(yǎng)狀況,降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,促進(jìn)早日康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the nutritional risk screening and therapeutic effect of selenium supplementation in patients with severe systemic inflammatory response syndrome.
