【摘要】：正腕背腱鞘囊腫是手部常見(jiàn)的良性軟組織腫物,發(fā)病率占手部腱鞘囊腫的60%~70%,女性較為常見(jiàn)〔1~3〕。傳統(tǒng)觀點(diǎn)認(rèn)為該病屬于手部腫瘤,但實(shí)際上并不是真正的腫瘤,1954年,Mc EVEDY等〔4〕第一次報(bào)道腕背部腱鞘囊腫蒂部微小囊腫的存在,認(rèn)為手術(shù)治療失敗的原因與微小囊腫未徹底切除有關(guān),從此腕背腱鞘囊腫的神秘面紗變逐層揭開(kāi)。隨著關(guān)節(jié)鏡治療腕背腱鞘囊腫技術(shù)的開(kāi)展,越來(lái)越多的文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道發(fā)現(xiàn)關(guān)節(jié)面及韌
[Abstract]:Dorsal tendon sheath cyst of the wrist is a common benign soft tissue mass in the hand, the incidence of which accounts for 60% of the tendon sheath cyst in the hand, and is more common in the female (1 / 3). In 1954, Mc EVEDY et al. (4) reported for the first time the existence of microcysts in the pedicle of the tendon sheath cyst in the back of the wrist. It is considered that the failure of surgical treatment is related to the incomplete excision of microcysts, and the mystery of the cyst of dorsal Carpal tendon sheath has been revealed layer by layer since then. With the development of arthroscopic treatment of dorsal Carpal tendon sheath cyst, more and more literatures report that the articular surface and its toughness are found.
