【摘要】：目的研究胸痛臨床評估和診斷流程在急診胸痛患者臨床當中的診斷價值。方法選擇80例內科急診就診后收治的患者作為觀察組,同時選擇80例患者作為對照組,兩組患者的主治醫(yī)師對患者的處理方式不相同。觀察組主要以胸痛規(guī)范化評估和診斷中國專家共識為基礎,采用胸痛臨床評估和診斷流程對患者進行診斷,對照組患者根據臨床癥狀進行處理,對兩組患者的診斷情況進行評估。結果對照組當中將無隨訪患者剔除,最終納入68例,觀察組剔除無隨訪患者8例,最終納入72例。對兩組患者的接診醫(yī)生的專業(yè)技術和職稱情況進行比較,差異無統計學意義(P0.05);對兩組患者就診確診時間進行比較,觀察組短于對照組,比較兩組患者的重復抽血情況,觀察組的重復抽血次數少于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P0.05)。結論臨床上對于急診胸痛患者,采用胸痛臨床評估和診斷流程進行對患者的診斷,能夠更好地評價患者的病情,可以更快地對患者病情進行確診,減少重復抽血率,值得在臨床上推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the diagnostic value of clinical evaluation and diagnosis of chest pain in emergency chest pain patients. Methods Eighty patients treated in emergency department of internal medicine were selected as observation group and 80 patients as control group. The patients in the observation group were diagnosed by the clinical evaluation and diagnosis process of chest pain, and the patients in the control group were treated according to the clinical symptoms on the basis of standardized evaluation and diagnosis of chest pain. The diagnosis of the two groups was evaluated. Results in the control group, 68 cases were excluded, 8 cases were excluded and 72 cases were included in the observation group. Compared the professional technology and professional title of the two groups of patients, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05); the two groups of patients were compared in the time of diagnosis, the observation group was shorter than the control group, compared the two groups of patients repeated blood extraction, The number of repeated blood samples in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion for emergency chest pain patients, the clinical evaluation and diagnostic procedure of chest pain can be used to evaluate the patients' condition better, to diagnose the patients' condition more quickly and to reduce the rate of repeated blood sampling. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
