【摘要】：目的:探討胸腔鏡下胸交感神經鏈切斷術治療手汗癥療效和術后并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率及安全性。方法:對2005年1月至2008年9月在我院胸腔鏡下行胸交感神經鏈切斷術的336例手汗癥患者進行術后隨訪,并對其臨床及隨訪資料進行相關分析。結果:336例手術全部成功,術后全部患者術后手掌多汗癥狀消失,雙手轉為干爽溫暖狀。326例術后隨訪1～45個月,平均25.4個月,無1例復發(fā),術后轉移性多汗42例(12.88%)。結論:胸腔鏡下交感神經鏈切斷術是治療手汗癥有效,安全,微創(chuàng)的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of thoracoscopic sympathectomy in the treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis.Methods: 336 patients with palmar hyperhidrosis underwent thoracoscopic thoracoscopic sympathectomy from January 2005 to September 2008 were followed up and their clinical and follow-up data were analyzed.Results all the 336 cases were successfully operated. The symptoms of hyperhidrosis of palms disappeared in all the patients after operation. The patients were followed up for 1 ~ 45 months (mean 25.4 months), and 42 cases with metastatic hyperhidrosis (42 cases) were followed up for 1 ~ 45 months (P < 0.05). The metastatic hyperhidrosis occurred in 42 cases (12.88%).Conclusion: thoracoscopic sympathectomy is an effective, safe and minimally invasive method for palmar hyperhidrosis.
