【摘要】：目的:探討胸腔鏡下胸交感神經(jīng)鏈切斷術(shù)治療手汗癥療效和術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率及安全性。方法:對(duì)2005年1月至2008年9月在我院胸腔鏡下行胸交感神經(jīng)鏈切斷術(shù)的336例手汗癥患者進(jìn)行術(shù)后隨訪,并對(duì)其臨床及隨訪資料進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果:336例手術(shù)全部成功,術(shù)后全部患者術(shù)后手掌多汗癥狀消失,雙手轉(zhuǎn)為干爽溫暖狀。326例術(shù)后隨訪1～45個(gè)月,平均25.4個(gè)月,無1例復(fù)發(fā),術(shù)后轉(zhuǎn)移性多汗42例(12.88%)。結(jié)論:胸腔鏡下交感神經(jīng)鏈切斷術(shù)是治療手汗癥有效,安全,微創(chuàng)的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of thoracoscopic sympathectomy in the treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis.Methods: 336 patients with palmar hyperhidrosis underwent thoracoscopic thoracoscopic sympathectomy from January 2005 to September 2008 were followed up and their clinical and follow-up data were analyzed.Results all the 336 cases were successfully operated. The symptoms of hyperhidrosis of palms disappeared in all the patients after operation. The patients were followed up for 1 ~ 45 months (mean 25.4 months), and 42 cases with metastatic hyperhidrosis (42 cases) were followed up for 1 ~ 45 months (P < 0.05). The metastatic hyperhidrosis occurred in 42 cases (12.88%).Conclusion: thoracoscopic sympathectomy is an effective, safe and minimally invasive method for palmar hyperhidrosis.
