【摘要】：目的分析胸膜纖維板剝脫術(shù)治療慢性結(jié)核性膿胸的臨床療效。方法選取2014年1月—2016年1月于沈陽市胸科醫(yī)院治療的慢性結(jié)核性膿胸患者100例為研究對象,隨機分為觀察組與對照組,各50例。觀察組采用胸膜纖維板R]脫術(shù),對照組采用胸膜內(nèi)胸廓成形術(shù)治療。記錄兩組患者臨床療效、手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中出血量、術(shù)后引流量、置管時間、住院時間以及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果觀察組治療有效率高于對照組,術(shù)中出血量、術(shù)后引流量低于對照組,手術(shù)時間、置管時間、住院時間短于對照組,并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論胸膜纖維板R]脫術(shù)在慢性結(jié)核性膿胸的臨床治療中具有較高的應(yīng)用價值,能夠有效提高該病的臨床療效,且安全性較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of pleural fiberboard exfoliation in the treatment of chronic tuberculous empyema.Methods 100 patients with chronic tuberculous empyema treated in Shenyang chest Hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases each.The observation group was treated with pleural fiberboard R] and the control group with intrapleural thoracoplasty.The clinical efficacy, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage, catheter placement time, hospital stay and incidence of complications were recorded in both groups.Results the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative drainage flow were lower than those in the control group, the operation time, the time of catheterization, the time of hospitalization and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion pleural fiberboard removal has a high clinical value in the treatment of chronic tuberculous empyema. It can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and safety of the disease.
