【摘要】：目的探討脊髓損傷與腦外傷患者活動和參與功能狀況。方法 2013年至2016年,使用世界衛(wèi)生組織殘疾評定量表2.0(WHO-DAS 2.0)國際中文版(檢查者評定版)對60例脊髓損傷和38例腦外傷住院患者進行活動和參與功能評定。結(jié)果腦外傷患者在認知、與他人相處維度存在中度障礙,在其他維度均存在重度或極重度障礙。脊髓損傷患者在認知維度存在輕度障礙,在自理和與他人相處維度存在中度障礙,在其他維度存在重度或極重度障礙。腦外傷患者在認知(2.12±1.31)、自理(3.09±1.35)維度障礙程度高于脊髓損傷患者(1.60±1.00)、(2.52±1.26)(t2.140,P0.05)。結(jié)論脊髓損傷與腦外傷患者在活動性、自理、與他人相處、與生活相關(guān)的各項活動和社會參與維度均表現(xiàn)出中重度障礙。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the activity and participating function of patients with spinal cord injury and brain injury.Methods from 2013 to 2016, 60 inpatients with spinal cord injury and 38 patients with brain injury were assessed by the World Health Organization Disability Assessment scale (2.0(WHO-DAS 2.0).Results patients with brain injury had moderate impairment in cognition and other dimensions, severe or extremely severe disorder in other dimensions.Patients with spinal cord injury had mild impairment in cognitive dimension, moderate obstacle in self-care and other dimensions, severe or extremely severe disorder in other dimensions.The degree of dimensionality disorder in patients with brain injury was 2.12 鹵1.31 and 3.09 鹵1.35) than that in patients with spinal cord injury (2.52 鹵1.26 鹵2.140, P 0.05).Conclusion the patients with spinal cord injury and brain trauma showed moderate and severe disturbance in activity, self-care, living with others, life related activities and social participation dimension.
