急性腦梗死患者血清低氧誘導(dǎo)因子-1α與血管內(nèi)皮生長因子水平及意義

【摘要】:目的探討低氧誘導(dǎo)因子(HIF)-1α與血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)在急性腦梗死患者血清中的水平變化及臨床意義。方法將腦梗死患者根據(jù)腦梗死灶面積分為大梗死灶、中梗死灶和小梗死灶,采用ELISA檢測腦梗死血清HIF-1α與VEGF蛋白濃度,分析腦梗死急性期血清中HIF-1α和VEGF濃度在1、3、5、7、14 d動態(tài)變化水平,比較腦梗死不同體積組血清HIF-1α和VEGF的濃度。結(jié)果血清中HIF-1α濃度表達呈現(xiàn)動態(tài)變化規(guī)律,發(fā)病后1天達到高峰,之后呈現(xiàn)迅速下降趨勢,1、3、5、7 d與對照組比較差異顯著,14 d時雖沒達到顯著水平,但仍然高于對照組水平;不同體積腦梗死血清HIF-1α濃度比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)大梗死灶在各個時間點血清HIF-1α濃度均顯著高于中梗死灶和小梗死灶,中梗死灶各個時間點平均血清HIF-1α濃度與小梗死灶只有1 d達到顯著差異(P0.05或P0.01);腦梗死組血清VEGF濃度在5個時間點與對照組比較差異顯著(P0.01),血清中VEGF濃度在發(fā)病后第5天達到高峰,在第14天仍然顯著高于對照組(P0.01),大梗死灶和中梗死灶組在各個時間點血清VEGF濃度均顯著高于小梗死灶(P0.05),大梗死灶與中梗死灶各個時間點血清VEGF濃度均未達到顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論血清HIF-1α和VEGF濃度在1、3、5、7 d與對照組比較差異顯著,14 d時仍高于對照組,大梗死灶和中梗死灶組在各個時間點血清VEGF濃度均顯著高于小梗死灶。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor (HIF) -1 alpha and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction and its clinical significance in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods according to the infarction area is divided into large infarcts in the infarct and small infarct, cerebral infarction was detected by ELISA HIF-1 alpha and VEGF protein concentration in serum analysis of acute cerebral infarction, the serum level of HIF-1 alpha and VEGF concentration of 1,3,5,7,14 in the dynamic change of D level, the concentration of alpha and VEGF in serum of different volume of HIF-1 compared to cerebral infarction. Results serum HIF-1 concentrations showed a dynamic change rule, reaching the peak at 1 days after the onset, after a rapid decline, 1,3,5,7 D compared with the control group significant differences, 14 d did not reach significant level, but still higher than the level of control group; compare the different volume of cerebral infarction and serum HIF-1 concentrations, found in large infarct in each time point of serum HIF- 1 alpha concentrations were significantly higher than those in the infarct and small infarction, infarction in each time point average serum HIF-1 concentration and small infarct only 1 D significant difference (P0.05 or P0.01); cerebral infarction group serum VEGF concentration at 5 time points significantly compared with the control group (P0.01), the concentration of VEGF in serum in fifth days after the onset of peak in Fourteenth days is still significantly higher than the control group (P0.01), large infarction and infarction group at each time point of serum VEGF concentration were significantly higher than that of small infarcts (P0.05), large infarction and infarction each time point serum VEGF concentrations were not significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion the serum HIF-1 and VEGF concentration significantly in 1,3,5,7 D compared with the control group, 14 d is still higher than the control group, and the infarct in large infarct group at each time point of serum VEGF concentration were significantly higher than that of small infarcts.
