【摘要】：目的分析嚴重胸部外傷患者胸腔感染診斷與治療方法,為臨床診治提供參考。方法選取2013年2月-2015年12月醫(yī)院收治的嚴重胸部外傷合并胸腔感染患者96例為研究對象,隨機分為觀察組48例和對照組48例,對照組采取常規(guī)診斷治療措施,觀察組聯(lián)合血必凈注射液治療,分析兩組患者治療效果。結(jié)果觀察組患者住院時間(12.2±6.3)d顯著短于對照組(15.9±5.8)d,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);經(jīng)過治療,兩組患者試驗室指標(biāo)均得到改善,觀察組RR(19.2±4.3)次/min、CRP(12.6±4.2)mg/L、WBC(11.1±2.0)×109/L顯著低于對照組RR(22.0±4.3)次/min、CRP(15.1±2.2)mg/L、WBC(12.4±2.2)×109/L,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患者臨床癥狀改善總有效率98.0%顯著高于對照組68.8%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論嚴重胸部外傷合并胸腔感染患者常規(guī)治療聯(lián)合血必凈治療能夠提高治療效果,具有推廣價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the methods of diagnosis and treatment of thoracic infection in patients with severe thoracic trauma, and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 96 cases of severe thoracic trauma complicated with thoracic infection were selected from February 2013 to December 2015. They were randomly divided into observation group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48). The control group was treated with routine diagnosis and treatment, and the observation group was treated with Xuebijing injection. Results the hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (15.9 鹵5.8 days), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the laboratory indexes of the two groups were improved after treatment. In the observation group, the RR(19.2 鹵4.3mg-1 路mg-1 路mg-1 / L rmg / L WBC+ 11.1 鹵2.0 脳 10 9 / L was significantly lower than that in the control group (15.1 鹵2.2 mg / r / min, 12.4 鹵2.2 mg / L) 脳 109L / L, respectively, and the total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement in the observation group was 98.0% higher than that in the control group (68.8%). Conclusion there is a significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of clinical symptoms and chest injury associated with thoracic trauma (P 0.05N), conclusion there is a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05), and the clinical symptom improvement rate of the observation group is 98.0% higher than that of the control group (P 0.05%). Conclusion there is a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Routine treatment combined with Xuebijing can improve the therapeutic effect of infection patients. It is worth popularizing.
