【摘要】：目的探討分析依達(dá)拉奉聯(lián)合氯吡格雷對(duì)老年急性腦梗死患者炎性因子及預(yù)后的影響。方法選擇本院收治的83例老年急性腦梗死患者,將其隨機(jī)分為觀察組43例、對(duì)照組40例,對(duì)照組患者給予氯吡格雷治療,觀察組給予依達(dá)拉奉聯(lián)合氯吡格雷治療,比較兩組治療前后神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分(NIHSS)、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、腫瘤壞死因子(TNF-α)以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果觀察組治療總有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療7 d、治療14 d兩組患者NIHSS評(píng)分均較治療前顯著降低(P0.05),且觀察組降低程度顯著顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療后兩組患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6以及TNF-α均較治療前顯著降低(P0.05),且治療后觀察組患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6以及TNF-α均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論依達(dá)拉奉聯(lián)合氯吡格雷治療老年急性腦梗死療效療效顯著,可有效改善患者的神經(jīng)功能缺損,可顯著降低患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6以及TNF-α水平,表明依達(dá)拉奉聯(lián)合氯吡格雷對(duì)急性腦梗死的治療作用可能與減輕患者機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Edaravone combined with clopidogrel on inflammatory factors and prognosis in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 83 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group (n = 43) and control group (n = 40). The patients in the control group were treated with clopidogrel, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Edaravone combined with clopidogrel. Before and after treatment, the neurological impairment score (NIHSS) and the incidence of CRPX, IL-6, TNF- 偽, TNF- 偽 were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the control group on the 7th day and 14th day after treatment, and the degree of the decrease in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the serum hs-CRPIL-6 and TNF- 偽 were significantly higher in the observation group than in the treatment group. The serum levels of hs-CRPnIL-6 and TNF- 偽 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Edaravone combined with clopidogrel is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction. It can effectively improve the neurological function of the patients and decrease the serum levels of hs-CRPU IL-6 and TNF- 偽, indicating that the therapeutic effect of Edaravone combined with clopidogrel on acute cerebral infarction may be closely related to alleviating the inflammatory reaction of the patients.
