[Abstract]:Positive acute progressive cerebral infarction (ACI) refers to the progressive or stepwise exacerbation of neurological deficit in patients with cerebral infarction within 48 hours. The main purpose of treatment is to restore blood supply and oxygen supply to ischemic brain tissue and to promote the recovery of nerve function.
