基于OCT圖像的組織散射系數(shù)提取方法及其應(yīng)用

【摘要】:采用自制頻域光學(xué)相干層析(OCT)系統(tǒng)對大鼠的正常和瘡傷皮膚進(jìn)行成像,軸向分辨率為8μm,探測深度3 mm,根據(jù)組織對光的吸收特性和OCT成像系統(tǒng)的共聚焦特性,建立了A-scan方向圖像灰度隨探測深度的單次散射-點(diǎn)擴(kuò)散函數(shù)模型.利用模型中的散射系數(shù)作為量化皮膚瘡面診斷的光學(xué)評價指標(biāo).測量了正常與瘡傷皮膚在各階段的皮膚衰減系數(shù),證明衰減系數(shù)能夠定量區(qū)分正常與瘡傷皮膚.
[Abstract]:A frequency domain optical coherence tomography (Oct) system was developed for the imaging of normal and sore skin in rats. The axial resolution was 8 渭 m and the depth of detection was 3 mm. According to the light absorption characteristics of the tissue and the confocal characteristics of the OCT imaging system, the axial resolution was 8 渭 m and the depth of detection was 3 mm. A single scattering point diffusion function model of A-scan directional image with detection depth is established. The scattering coefficient of the model is used as the optical evaluation index for quantifying the diagnosis of skin sore surface. The normal skin and sore skin are measured in each order. The skin attenuation coefficient of the segment, It is proved that attenuation coefficient can quantitatively distinguish normal skin from sore skin.
