【摘要】：目的分析高空墜落傷的胸部MSCT表現(xiàn),探討年齡、墜落高度、性別對損傷的影響。方法回顧性分析235例高空墜落傷患者的臨床及MSCT資料,分析各損傷類型的影響因素。結(jié)果 235例患者中,肋骨骨折104例(104/235,44.26%),脊柱骨折102例(102/235,43.40%),胸骨骨折13例(13/235,5.53%),肩胛骨骨折27例(27/235,11.49%),鎖骨骨折10例(10/235,4.26%),肺實質(zhì)損傷91例(91/235,38.72%),胸膜損傷63例(63/235,26.81%),縱隔損傷15例(15/235,6.38%),胸壁軟組織損傷13例(13/235,5.53%)。年齡與肋骨骨折(OR=1.023,P=0.046)、脊柱骨折(OR=1.023,P=0.039)及鎖骨骨折(OR=1.073,P=0.017)有關,墜落高度與肋骨骨折(OR=1.115,P=0.028)、脊柱骨折(OR=1.127,P=0.016)、肺實質(zhì)損傷(OR=1.101,P=0.041)、胸膜損傷(OR=1.105,P=0.041)、胸壁軟組織損傷(OR=1.270,P0.001)有關,性別與各種損傷均無明顯關系。結(jié)論 MSCT顯示高空墜落所致胸部損傷具有多部位、多器官累及的特點,患者年齡及墜落高度是影響損傷類型的危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of age, height and sex on chest MSCT in patients with high altitude falling injury. Methods the clinical and MSCT data of 235 patients with high altitude fall injury were analyzed retrospectively. Results among 235 patients, 104 cases of rib fracture, 102 cases of spinal fracture, 13 cases of sternum fracture, 13 cases of sternum fracture, 27 cases of scapular fracture, 27 cases of scapular fracture, 10 cases of clavicle fracture, 10 cases of 10 / 10% 2354.26, 91 cases of lung parenchymal injury, 91 cases of pulmonary parenchyma injury, 63 cases of 63 cases of pleural injury, 63 cases of septum injury, 15 cases of mediastinal injury, 15 cases of mediastinal injury, 13 cases of soft tissue injury of chest wall, 13 cases of soft tissue injury of chest wall and 13 cases of age. It is related to the fracture of the rib, the fracture of the rib, the fracture of the spine, the fracture of the spine and the fracture of the clavicle, and the fracture of the clavicle and the fracture of the clavicle, and the fracture of the clavicle is related to the fracture of the rib and the fracture of the clavicle. The height of falling was not related to the fracture of ribs (1.115), the spine fracture (1.127), the lung parenchyma injury (1.101), the pleural injury (1.105) and the soft tissue injury (OR1.270P0.001). Conclusion MSCT shows that the chest injury caused by falling from high altitude has many sites. The characteristics of multiple organ involvement, patient age and fall height are risk factors for injury type.
