【摘要】：目的比較健康調查簡表(SF-36量表)與世界衛(wèi)生組織生存質量測定量表簡表(WHOQOL-Bref量表)在評估肺結核患者生存質量方面的實用性。方法 2013年7月-9月期間共納入符合標準的肺結核患者201例,分別采用SF-36量表與WHOQOL-Bref量表對患者進行問卷調查,并運用可靠性分析、因子分析、Pearson相關性分析等統計學方法比較兩個量表的信度、效度及兩個量表的內在相關性。結果共收回有效問卷195份。SF-36量表與WHOQOL-Bref量表Cronbachα系數分別為0.920、0.863,SF-36量表的Cronbachα系數較WHOQOLBref量表的稍高;通過因子分析,兩個量表中的所有問題條目都能被很好地歸納入相應的因子中;SF-36量表和WHOQOL-Bref量表類似維度之間具有較高的相關系數r值,且P0.05。結論兩個量表均具有良好的信度和效度,均能較全面地評價肺結核患者的生存質量,即SF-36量表和WHOQOL-Bref量表在評價肺結核患者的生存質量時具有近似等價的實用性。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the practicability of health survey summary table (SF- 36) and World Health Organization quality of life scale (WHOQOL-Bref) in evaluating the quality of life of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods from July to September 2013, 201 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were enrolled in this study. SF- 36 scale and WHOQOL-Bref scale were used to investigate the patients. Reliability analysis, factor analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were used to compare the reliability, validity and internal correlation of the two scales. Results A total of 195 valid questionnaires were collected. The Cronbach 偽 coefficients of SF-36 scale and WHOQOL-Bref scale were 0.920 and 0.863, respectively. The Cronbach 偽 coefficient of SF-36 scale was slightly higher than that of WHOQOLBref scale. Through factor analysis, all the problem items in the two scales could be well classified into the corresponding factors. There was a high correlation coefficient r between similar dimensions of SF- 36 scale and WHOQOL-Bref scale, and P0.05. Conclusion the two scales have good reliability and validity, and can evaluate the quality of life of pulmonary tuberculosis patients comprehensively. That is to say, SF- 36 scale and WHOQOL-Bref scale have approximately equivalent practicability in evaluating the quality of life of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.
