云南省人群土源性線蟲感染現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的了解云南省土源性線蟲人群感染現(xiàn)狀。方法于2012-2014年對全省12個縣采用整群隨機抽樣方法確定調(diào)查點,調(diào)查對象為3周歲以上常住居民。收集受檢者糞便,采用Kato-Katz(一糞二檢)法檢查腸道蠕蟲卵,分別計算蛔蟲、鞭蟲和鉤蟲每克糞便蟲卵數(shù)(EPG),同時收集調(diào)查者的性別、年齡和受教育等情況。并將調(diào)查結(jié)果與1992年和2003年結(jié)果進行比較分析。抽取10戶居民菜園、廁所周邊、廚房、庭院的土樣,采用改良飽和硝酸鈉漂浮法查蛔蟲卵。結(jié)果共調(diào)查24 870人,土源性線蟲感染率為7.47%(1858/24870),與1992和2003年的19.3%和28.86%比較分別下降61.30%和74.12%;紫x、鞭蟲、鉤蟲、絳蟲和蟯蟲感染率分別為1.21%(300/24870)、0.40%(99/24870)、6.01%(1494/24870)、0.004%(1/24870)和0.74%(2/271);紫x、鞭蟲和鉤蟲感染者的平均EPG分別為2 094、196和1082。男性和女性感染率分別為6.81%和8.07%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=14.219,P0.05);各年齡組間感染率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=429.14,P0.01);不同職業(yè)和民族間感染率差異也有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2職業(yè)=346.71,χ2民族=1 090.85,P均0.01);不同文化程度人群感染率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=46.71,P0.01)。結(jié)論云南省人群土源性線蟲感染率呈下降趨勢,但在經(jīng)濟欠發(fā)達地區(qū)感染率仍較高,鉤蟲感染率下降趨勢緩慢。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection status of soil-borne nematodes in Yunnan Province. Methods from 2012 to 2014, cluster random sampling method was used to determine the survey points in 12 counties of the province, and the subjects were resident over 3 years old. The feces of the subjects were collected and the intestinal worm eggs were examined by Kato-Katz (one fecal double examination). The number of eggs per gram of Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris and hookworm per gram of fecal eggs were calculated by (EPG),. The sex, age and education of the investigators were also collected. The survey results are compared with those in 1992 and 2003. Soil samples from 10 households of vegetable gardens, toilets, kitchens and yards were taken to detect Ascaris eggs by modified saturated sodium nitrate floating method. Results A total of 24870 people were investigated. The infection rate of soil-derived nematodes was 7.47% (1858 / 24870), which was 61.30% and 74.12% lower than that of 19.3% and 28.86% in 1992 and 2003, respectively.
