高效抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒療法引起神經(jīng)炎癥的研究進展

【摘要】:高效抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒療法是一種可以有效治療人類免疫缺陷病毒感染的組合療法,但是會引起諸多不良反應,其中包括神經(jīng)炎癥。神經(jīng)炎癥是一種發(fā)生在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中的炎癥反應,會影響人類免疫缺陷病毒感染患者的預后效果。文章簡單介紹了高效抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒療法的應用近況和不良反應,如肝損害、高血脂、線粒體毒性等。著重介紹了高效抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒療法導致神經(jīng)炎癥的相關(guān)研究。還介紹了神經(jīng)炎癥的發(fā)生機制和危害,包括創(chuàng)傷、感染和神經(jīng)退行性疾病。闡述了高效抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒療法引起神經(jīng)炎癥的可能機制,指出利用高效抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒療法治療人類免疫缺陷病毒感染的意義。
[Abstract]:Highly effective antiretrovirus therapy is a combination therapy that can effectively treat human immunodeficiency virus infection, but it can cause many adverse reactions, including neuroinflammation. Neuroinflammation is an inflammatory reaction in the nervous system, which affects the prognosis of patients with human immunodeficiency virus infection. This paper briefly introduces the recent application and adverse reactions of high efficiency antiretrovirus therapy, such as liver damage, hyperlipidemia, mitochondrial toxicity and so on. This paper focuses on the related research of neuroinflammation caused by high efficiency antiretrovirus therapy. The mechanism and harm of neuroinflammation, including trauma, infection and neurodegenerative diseases, were also introduced. This paper expounds the possible mechanism of neuroinflammation caused by high efficiency antiretrovirus therapy, and points out the significance of using high efficiency antiretrovirus therapy in the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus infection.
