【摘要】：目的分析發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征流行病特征,為制定有效的防治策略提供依據(jù)。方法對(duì)大連市2011—2013年55例發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征病例流行病學(xué)個(gè)案資料進(jìn)行描述性流行病學(xué)分析。結(jié)果病例分布在7個(gè)不同地區(qū),病例發(fā)病月份為5—10月,7、8月份病例占全年總病例的67%,男女性別發(fā)病比為1.29:1;發(fā)病年齡分布在34~89歲,平均發(fā)病年齡為64.02歲;發(fā)病人群以農(nóng)民及家務(wù)待業(yè)者為主。結(jié)論發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征有明顯的流行季節(jié),與蜱接觸高度相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of fever with thrombopenia syndrome and to provide evidence for the formulation of effective prevention and treatment strategies. Methods the epidemiological data of 55 cases of fever complicated with thrombopenia syndrome in Dalian from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological analysis.
