【摘要】：目的了解長沙市在校大學(xué)生對慢性乙肝病毒攜帶者的歧視態(tài)度及其影響因素,為制定乙肝相關(guān)防控措施和健康教育策略提供依據(jù)。方法采用多階段整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法,隨機(jī)抽取長沙市5所高校839名在校大學(xué)生,應(yīng)用大學(xué)生對慢性乙肝病毒攜帶者態(tài)度量表進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,同時收集大學(xué)生社會人口學(xué)資料和乙肝防控知識相關(guān)信息。結(jié)果在校大學(xué)生對乙肝傳播途徑的知曉率在42.79%~92.37%,預(yù)防途徑知曉率在53.28%~89.03%。大學(xué)生在一定程度上對慢性乙肝病毒攜帶者存在歧視態(tài)度。高年級、入學(xué)前來自城市、不住校、不知道最近一次HBs Ag檢查結(jié)果或者檢查結(jié)果為陰性、沒有和不知道家人、朋友或熟人中是否有乙肝病毒攜帶者、沒有或者不知道是否患過其他類型肝炎、乙肝防控知識缺乏的大學(xué)生對乙肝攜帶者表現(xiàn)出更高的歧視態(tài)度,是乙肝歧視防治的重點(diǎn)人群。結(jié)論在校大學(xué)生對乙肝相關(guān)知識的了解不足,對乙肝病毒攜帶者存在一定程度的歧視,應(yīng)結(jié)合篩選出的主要影響因素加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生乙肝相關(guān)的健康教育,切實(shí)減輕對慢性乙型肝炎病毒攜帶者的歧視。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the discrimination attitude of college students to chronic hepatitis B virus carriers in Changsha and its influencing factors, and to provide evidence for the formulation of hepatitis B related prevention and control measures and health education strategies. Methods A total of 839 college students from 5 colleges and universities in Changsha were randomly selected by multi-stage cluster random sampling. A questionnaire survey was conducted with the attitude scale of college students towards chronic hepatitis B virus carriers. At the same time, the social demographic data and related information of hepatitis B prevention and control knowledge of college students were collected. Results the awareness rate of hepatitis B transmission route was 42.79% and 92.37%, and the awareness rate of preventive route was 53.28% and 89.03%, respectively. the awareness rate of hepatitis B transmission route and prevention route were 42.79% and 92.37%, 53.28% and 89.03%, respectively. To a certain extent, college students discriminate against chronic hepatitis B virus carriers. Senior students, from the city before admission, do not live in school, do not know the results of the latest HBs Ag test or test results are negative, do not know whether family, friends or acquaintances have hepatitis B virus carriers, do not or do not know whether they have suffered from other types of hepatitis, hepatitis B prevention and control lack of knowledge of college students to hepatitis B carriers show a higher discrimination attitude, hepatitis B discrimination prevention and treatment of the key population. Conclusion the college students do not know enough about hepatitis B related knowledge, and there is a certain degree of discrimination against hepatitis B virus carriers. We should strengthen the health education related to hepatitis B among college students combined with the main influencing factors, and effectively reduce the discrimination against chronic hepatitis B virus carriers.
