【摘要】：目的初步了解廣州地區(qū)兒童和成人病毒性腹瀉的病原學(xué)構(gòu)成和分布情況及相關(guān)病毒的分子特征。方法收集2012年11月-2013年5月于珠江醫(yī)院就診的腹瀉患者的糞便標(biāo)本,采用免疫層析法檢測(cè)輪狀病毒和腺病毒抗原,實(shí)時(shí)熒光PCR檢測(cè)諾如病毒GI/GII,上述檢測(cè)陽性標(biāo)本進(jìn)行病毒基因測(cè)序分型。結(jié)果 290例患者中,3種常見病毒的檢出率分別為21.4%、15.5%和1.7%;男性患者病毒陽性率顯著高于女性患者(χ2=0.017,P0.05);≤5歲患者輪狀病毒陽性率最高,為28.49%(χ2=0.017,P0.05),5歲患者諾如病毒陽性率最高,為21.62%;輪狀病毒性腹瀉秋冬季節(jié)高發(fā);輪狀病毒G/P分型以G1P8、G9P8、G2P4和G3P8為主,占92.16%,諾如病毒共檢測(cè)出8種基因型,以GII.4型為主,占53.33%;病毒合并其他常見腹瀉病原體感染占病毒陽性標(biāo)本的15.89%。結(jié)論輪狀病毒和諾如病毒分別是廣州地區(qū)嬰幼兒和成人病毒性腹瀉的主要病原體,本地區(qū)流行的輪狀病毒和諾如病毒優(yōu)勢(shì)株分別是G1P8和GII.4,諾如病毒基因型多樣性更豐富;混合感染常見,需引起重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the etiology and distribution of viral diarrhea in children and adults and the molecular characteristics of the virus in Guangzhou. Methods fecal specimens of diarrhea patients from Pearl River Hospital from November 2012 to May 2013 were collected. Rotavirus and adenovirus antigens were detected by immunochromatography, and norovirus GI/GII, was detected by real-time fluorescence PCR. The positive samples were sequenced and typed. Results in 290 patients, the positive rate of three common viruses was 21.4%, 15.5% and 1.7%, respectively, and the positive rate of virus in male patients was significantly higher than that in female patients (蠂 ~ 2 / 0.017, P0.05).
