【摘要】：正我國(guó)肺結(jié)核發(fā)病率呈升高趨勢(shì),國(guó)家衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委將肺結(jié)核防控作為基本公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)重要內(nèi)容之一~[1]。近年臨床發(fā)現(xiàn),糖尿病患者罹患肺結(jié)核,抗癆治療效果較差,肺結(jié)核耐藥情況較為嚴(yán)重,研究認(rèn)為這與糖尿病患者抵抗力減低,細(xì)胞免疫受到抑制有關(guān)~[2]。因此,對(duì)糖尿病患者合并肺結(jié)核后抗癆藥物耐藥的相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行深入研究,能有助于及早干
[Abstract]:The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis is on the rise in China. The National Health and Family Planning Commission regards tuberculosis prevention and control as one of the important contents of basic public health services. In recent years, it has been found that patients with diabetes suffer from pulmonary tuberculosis, the effect of anti-tuberculosis treatment is poor, and the drug resistance of tuberculosis is more serious. It is considered that this is related to the decrease of resistance and inhibition of cellular immunity of diabetic patients. Therefore, in-depth study on the risk factors of anti-tuberculosis drug resistance in diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can be helpful for early dryness.
