【摘要】：目的動態(tài)掌握晉江市流動人群艾滋病相關(guān)知識知曉率情況及高危行為情況,評估該人群艾滋病病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)、梅毒和丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)感染狀況,從而為制定與完善艾滋病防控策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法選取2015年4—6月前來晉江市疾病預(yù)防控制中心體檢門診進行職業(yè)健康體檢的符合哨點監(jiān)測要求的男性流動人口420名,采集血樣開展HIV、梅毒和HCV抗體檢測。計數(shù)資料比較采用χ2檢驗,P0.05為差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)果共調(diào)查了420名流動人員,艾滋病相關(guān)知識知曉率為89.05%;不同文化程度人員的知曉率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=8.553,P0.05)。不同行業(yè)從業(yè)人員知曉率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=0.443,P0.05)。調(diào)查對象中承認(rèn)發(fā)生性行為的有203名,性行為發(fā)生率為48.33%。202名在婚或同居者中,最近一年與配偶或同居者發(fā)生性行為時從未使用安全套的有72人,占35.64%;檢出HIV抗體陽性1份,陽性率為0.24%;檢出梅毒抗體陽性1份,陽性率為0.24%;未檢測到HCV抗體。結(jié)論晉江市流動人群艾滋病相關(guān)知識知曉率達(dá)到《中國遏制與防治艾滋病"十二五"行動計劃》目標(biāo),但因艾滋病疫情形勢較嚴(yán)峻,面臨的威脅越來越大,應(yīng)持續(xù)完善該人群艾滋病性病防控策略,努力提高該人群的防艾意識,有效控制疫情由高危人群向一般人群傳播和擴散。
[Abstract]:Objective to assess the prevalence of HIV / (human immunodeficiency virus,HIV, syphilis and hepatitis C virus (hepatitis C virus,HCV) infection among floating population in Jinjiang City. So as to formulate and improve AIDS prevention and control strategy to provide scientific basis. Methods 420 male floating population who came to Jinjiang Disease Prevention and Control Center for occupational health examination from April to June 2015 were selected. Blood samples were collected to detect HIV, syphilis and HCV antibody. The count data were compared by 蠂 2 test, P0.05 as the difference was statistically significant. Results A total of 420 floating persons were investigated, the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 89.05, and there was significant difference in the awareness rate of people with different education level (蠂 2 / 8.553 P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the awareness rate of employees in different industries (蠂 2 = 0.443P 0.05). Among the 203 subjects who admitted to having sex, 48.33.202 were married or cohabited. In the last year, there were 72 (35.64) who had never used a condom when having sex with their spouse or cohabitant. The positive rate of HIV antibody was 0.24 and that of syphilis antibody was 0.24. No HCV antibody was detected. Conclusion the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among the floating population in Jinjiang has reached the target of the 12th Five-Year Plan of Action for containment and Prevention of AIDS in China, but because of the severe situation of the epidemic situation of AIDS, the threat is becoming more and more serious. It is necessary to continuously improve the HIV / AIDS STD prevention and control strategy, improve the awareness of AIDS prevention and control of the population, and effectively control the spread of the epidemic from high-risk groups to the general population.
