【摘要】：目的探討外環(huán)境中甲型H7N9流感病毒的消毒措施及效果評估,為甲型H7N9流感防控提供依據(jù)。方法采用RT-PCR法,對杭州市富陽區(qū)2014年的203份活禽流通外環(huán)境標(biāo)本進(jìn)行H7N9病毒核酸檢測;按初步消毒、徹底清潔、終末消毒的步驟進(jìn)行暴露點消毒處理,以消毒前后自然菌殺滅率≥90.0%為主要評判依據(jù)進(jìn)行清潔效果評價;以大腸菌群和H7N9病毒核酸檢測為輔助評判依據(jù)。結(jié)果 203份外環(huán)境標(biāo)本甲型H7N9流感病毒核酸陽性率為30.0%,其中陽性病例相關(guān)家禽圈養(yǎng)點陽性率最高,為61.1%,城鄉(xiāng)活禽市場陽性率次之,為51.9%;首次終末消毒后用自然菌殺滅合格率評價消毒效果,禽舍地面合格率未達(dá)到90.0%,禽籠具合格率未達(dá)100.0%。增強2個點位終末消毒、改進(jìn)處置方式后結(jié)合清潔效果評價和大腸菌群殺滅率進(jìn)行評估,證實消毒措施調(diào)整有效,消毒效果評價合格。結(jié)論甲型H7N9流感的外環(huán)境消毒應(yīng)采用初步消毒、徹底清潔、終末消毒的處理步驟;消毒效果評價以消毒前后自然菌的殺滅率≥90.0%為主要評判依據(jù),結(jié)合清潔效果評價、大腸菌群殺滅率和H7N9病毒核酸陰轉(zhuǎn)率為輔助評判依據(jù)的綜合評定法科學(xué)且實用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the disinfection measures and effectiveness evaluation of influenza A (H7N9) virus in external environment, and to provide evidence for prevention and control of influenza A (H7N9).
