【摘要】：正布魯菌心內(nèi)膜炎是布魯菌病少見的并發(fā)癥,文獻報道發(fā)生率不足2%,但卻為導(dǎo)致布魯菌病患者死亡的主要原因~([1-2])。本文報道2例布魯菌心內(nèi)膜炎患者的臨床資料并文獻復(fù)習(xí),以望增加對這一少見病的認(rèn)識。1臨床資料例1:患者女,河北邢臺人,57歲,自由職業(yè)。因"發(fā)熱、消瘦3個月"于2014年8月收入院。入院前3個月,患者無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱伴寒戰(zhàn),體溫最高39℃,當(dāng)時無系統(tǒng)感染表現(xiàn),于
[Abstract]:Positive brucellosis endocarditis is a rare complication of brucellosis. The incidence of brucellosis is less than 2%, but it is the main cause of death in brucellosis patients.
