【摘要】：目的掌握銀川市孕婦和小月齡(0~7月)嬰兒麻疹抗體水平,為制定麻疹免疫策略和防控措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法在全市各縣、市、區(qū)中選取6個(gè)調(diào)查點(diǎn)(社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)站和鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院);每個(gè)調(diào)查點(diǎn)各月齡隨機(jī)收集2人,每個(gè)縣區(qū)完成調(diào)查84人,全市共調(diào)查504人;在全市各縣、市、區(qū)醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科收集待分娩產(chǎn)婦及新生兒20對(duì),每個(gè)縣區(qū)完成調(diào)查20對(duì),全市共調(diào)查120對(duì);共計(jì)調(diào)查744人,采集血標(biāo)本,檢測(cè)麻疹I(lǐng)gG抗體,同時(shí)對(duì)被調(diào)查者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,分析麻疹抗體水平狀況。結(jié)果 (1)120名健康孕婦麻疹I(lǐng)gG抗體陽(yáng)性率為71.67%,孕婦抗體幾何平均濃度(GMC)為263.81 mIU/ml。孕婦各年齡組之間抗體陽(yáng)性率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=6.062,P=0.048)。(2)0~7月齡嬰兒麻疹I(lǐng)g G抗體陽(yáng)性率分別為76.67%、51.43%、40.00%、27.78%、20.00%、19.72%、18.92%、14.93%。不同地區(qū)(χ~2=55.160,P0.05)、不同民族(χ~2=6.930,P=0.031)、不同月齡(χ~2=132.921,P0.001)、不同分娩方式(χ~2=24.250,P0.001)的嬰兒之間麻疹抗體陽(yáng)性率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論銀川市孕婦及小月齡嬰兒麻疹抗體水平整體較低,建議必要時(shí)對(duì)育齡期婦女進(jìn)行婚前MV復(fù)種和研制適用于小月齡嬰兒接種的新型疫苗,以降低嬰兒的麻疹發(fā)病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the level of measles antibody among pregnant women and infants of young month (0 ~ 7 months) in Yinchuan city, and to provide scientific basis for making measles immunization strategy and prevention and control measures. Methods six investigation sites (community health service station and township health center) were selected in every county, city and district in the whole city, 2 people were collected randomly at each survey point, 84 people were completed in each county and district, and 504 people were investigated in the whole city. In every county, city, district hospital and obstetrics department, 20 pairs of parturient and newborn were collected, 20 pairs were completed in each county and district, and 120 pairs were investigated in the whole city. A total of 744 people were investigated, blood samples were collected, measles IgG antibody was detected, and the survey was carried out to analyze the status of measles antibody level. Results (1) the positive rate of measles IgG antibody in 120 healthy pregnant women was 71.67 and the geometric mean concentration of (GMC) was 263.81 mIU/ml.. There was significant difference in the positive rate of Ig G antibody among different age groups of pregnant women (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (6.062P) 0.048). (_ 2). The positive rate of Ig G antibody in 7-month-old infants was 76.67 and 51.430.000 respectively. 19.72 and 18.92 about 14.93. Different regions (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ 2), different nationalities (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (6.930), different months (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (2) 2.921 ~ (1) P ~ (0.001), different delivery modes (蠂 ~ (2) ~ 2 ~ (24.250), There was significant difference in the positive rate of measles antibody among infants (P 0.001). Conclusion the level of measles antibody of pregnant women and infants in Yinchuan city is lower. It is suggested that MV should be re-inoculated before marriage and a new vaccine should be developed in order to reduce the incidence of measles in infants.
