【摘要】：目的探討還原型谷胱甘肽對抗結(jié)核藥所致輕、中度肝損傷的臨床療效,方法抗結(jié)核藥所致肝損傷病人200例,分成2組,治療組112人,不停用抗結(jié)核藥物,加用還原型谷胱甘肽粉針1.2g,靜脈滴注,每日1次,連用4周,對照組88例,停用抗結(jié)核藥且不用還原型谷胱甘肽,兩組均采用基礎(chǔ)治療(維生素C注射液、肌苷片),結(jié)果兩組臨床總有效率分別為94.67%和68.95%(P0.01),治療組中ALT、AST、Y-GT、ALP和TBIL治療前后的測定值差異有顯著性(P0.05),分別為ALT(203±60)與(52±18u·L~(-1);AST(187±46)與(67±22)u·L~(-1);r-GT(132±27)與(71±32)u·L~(-1);ALP(164±42)與(118±25)u·L~(-1);TBIL(82±36)與(31±14)umol·L~(-1)。治療組各項肝功能指標明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論還原型谷胱甘肽對抗結(jié)核藥所致的輕、中度肝損傷有明顯治療作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of reduced glutathione in the treatment of mild and moderate liver injury induced by tuberculosis drugs. Methods 200 patients with liver injury caused by antituberculous drugs were divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 112) and control group (n = 112). The patients in the control group were treated with reduced glutathione powder needle 1.2 g, intravenous drip once a day for 4 weeks. 88 patients in the control group were treated with basic therapy (Vitamin C injection, inosine tablet) without reducing glutathione. Results the total clinical effective rates of the two groups were 94.67% and 68.95% (P0.01) respectively. There was significant difference in the values of ALT,AST,Y-GT,ALP and TBIL before and after treatment (P0.05). ALT (203 鹵60) and (52 鹵18u L ~ (-1); AST (187 鹵46) and (67 鹵22) u L ~ (-1); r-GT (132 鹵27) and (71 鹵32) u L ~ (-1); ALP (164 鹵42 and (118 鹵25) u L ~ (-1); TBIL (82 鹵36 and (31 鹵14) umol L ~ (-1). The indexes of liver function in the treatment group were obviously superior to those in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion reduced glutathione has obvious therapeutic effect on mild and moderate liver injury induced by tuberculosis drugs.
