【摘要】：目的觀察初治涂陽(yáng)肺結(jié)核患者血清可溶性人白細(xì)胞抗原G(s HLA-G)水平變化,并探討其臨床意義。方法該院60例首診涂陽(yáng)肺結(jié)核患者,根據(jù)病變累及范圍分為廣泛組21例與不廣泛組39例。檢測(cè)血清s HLA-G、T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群(CD_4~+、CD_8~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+)水平,對(duì)比兩組水平變化。結(jié)果治療后兩組血清s HLA-G、CD_8~+水平明顯下降,CD_4~+和CD_4~+/CD_8~+水平明顯上升,廣泛組血清s HLA-G、CD_8~+水平明顯高于不廣泛組,CD_4~+和CD_4~+/CD_8~+水平低于不廣泛組。結(jié)論血清s HLA-G可能對(duì)CD_4~+、CD_8~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+等T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群具有調(diào)節(jié)作用,需進(jìn)一步探究其作用機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum soluble human leukocyte antigen (G (s HLA-G) in patients with smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis and to explore its clinical significance. Methods 60 cases of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into extensive group (21 cases) and non-extensive group (39 cases) according to the extent of involvement. The levels of serum s HLA-G,T lymphocyte subsets (CD_4~, CD_8~, CD_4~ / CD_8~) were measured and compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the levels of serum s HLA-G,CD_8~, CD_4~ and CD_4~ / CD_8~ in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the levels of serum s HLA-G,CD_8~ in the extensive group were significantly higher than those in the non-extensive group. The levels of CD_4~ and CD_4~ / CD_8~ were lower than those of the non-extensive group. Conclusion Serum s HLA-G may regulate T lymphocyte subsets such as CD_4~, CD_8~, CD_4~ / CD_8~ and so on.
