【摘要】：正森林腦炎(forest encephalitis)是由黃病毒屬中蜱傳腦炎病毒所致的中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)急性傳染病,蜱為其傳播媒介。臨床上以突起高熱、頭痛,意識障礙、肌肉癱瘓、呼吸機麻痹為主要特征,常有后遺癥,病死率較高。危重患者如搶救不及時,可于1~2 d內(nèi)死亡,少數(shù)5~10 d內(nèi)或遷延數(shù)月因呼吸衰竭等而死亡。咽部是肺炎克雷伯桿菌最常見的寄殖部位,也是肺炎直接的病菌來源,某些侵入性檢查、創(chuàng)
[Abstract]:Positive Forest Encephalitis (forest encephalitis) is an acute infectious disease of the central nervous system caused by tick-borne encephalitis virus, which is transmitted by ticks. The main clinical features are high fever, headache, disturbance of consciousness, paralysis of muscle and paralysis of ventilator. The critically ill patients could die within 1 ~ 2 days if the rescue was not timely, and a few patients died of respiratory failure within 10 days or several months. The pharynx is the most common colonization site of Klebsiella pneumoniae and the direct source of pneumonia.
