【摘要】：正患者,男,80歲。主訴:下唇多發(fā)腫物5年,增大明顯1月。現(xiàn)病史:患者于5年前無明顯誘因下唇部開始出現(xiàn)一圓形疣狀增生物,至當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診并行激光治療,治療后下唇部腫物多次復(fù)發(fā),遂于2014年8月6日在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院行病理活檢,結(jié)果示:表皮角化過度,棘層增生增厚,真皮乳頭呈疣狀增生,考慮尋常疣的可能性。于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院手術(shù)切除腫物。術(shù)后創(chuàng)面恢復(fù)可,數(shù)月后下唇再次出現(xiàn)多個腫物,且增大明顯。于2016年4月12日來我院就診并收住院。
[Abstract]:The patient, male, is 80 years old. Chief complaint: lower lip multiple tumors for 5 years, significantly increased by 1 month. Present history: the patient began to develop a circular verrucous hyperplasia in the lip five years ago without obvious inducement. He went to a local hospital and received laser treatment. After treatment, the tumor recurred many times, and then he performed a pathological biopsy in the local hospital on August 6, 2014. The results showed that the keratosis of the epidermis, the thickening of the spinous layer and the verrucous hyperplasia of the dermal papilla, the possibility of verruca vulgaris was considered. The tumor was removed from the local hospital. The wound recovered after operation, and several masses appeared again in the lower lip a few months later, and it was obviously enlarged. We came to our hospital and admitted to hospital on April 12, 2016.
