【摘要】：目的了解浙江省學(xué)校近年諾如病毒感染暴發(fā)疫情的流行特征和趨勢(shì)變化,為預(yù)防控制學(xué)校疾病暴發(fā)提供參考。方法在浙江省突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)報(bào)告系統(tǒng)內(nèi)選擇2011年1月至2015年1月浙江省學(xué)校諾如病毒胃腸炎暴發(fā)疫情資料,分析疫情的時(shí)間、地區(qū)、人群分布、傳播途徑和病毒基因型特征,并與2004—2010年浙江省及同期全國(guó)平均水平進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 2011年1月—2015年1月浙江省學(xué)校諾如病毒胃腸炎暴發(fā)疫情共20起,累計(jì)病例1 929例,年齡集中在15~19歲,發(fā)生場(chǎng)所以高中和小學(xué)居多。1 929例病例的男、女比例為1.13∶1。19起為基因GⅡ型感染,1起為基因GⅠ和GⅡ型混合感染。6起為飲用受污染的桶裝水,6起為使用受污染的食堂餐具,3起為密切接觸病例或接觸病例嘔吐物污染的物品,2起可能為食物污染,另有3起原因未明。結(jié)論浙江省學(xué)校諾如病毒胃腸炎暴發(fā)疫情主要發(fā)生在冬春季,大多經(jīng)受污染的桶裝水、食物或餐具傳播。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemic characteristics and trend of norovirus infection outbreak in schools in Zhejiang Province in recent years, and to provide reference for prevention and control of school disease outbreaks. Methods data of the outbreak of norovirus gastroenteritis in schools in Zhejiang Province from January 2011 to January 2015 were selected in the network reporting system of public health emergencies in Zhejiang Province. The time, region and population distribution of the outbreak were analyzed. The transmission routes and genotypes of the virus were compared with the average levels of Zhejiang Province and the whole country in the same period from 2004 to 2010. Results from January 2011 to January 2015, there were 20 outbreaks of norovirus gastroenteritis in schools in Zhejiang Province, with a total of 1,929 cases, aged 1519 years.
