【摘要】：目的了解跨境越南媳婦的高危性行為及其特征,為防控提供依據(jù)。方法 2015年3月,由經(jīng)培訓(xùn)的雙語外展人員,采用立意抽樣的方法,選取河口縣越南媳婦(事實(shí)或登記婚姻半年以上)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,進(jìn)行橫斷面調(diào)查,了解人口學(xué)特征、高危性行為及多性伴(2個(gè))情況。資料采用Excel 2007錄入,SPSS 22.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果共調(diào)查86人,第一次性行為平均年齡(17.5±1.9)歲;跨境前后多性伴者分別占23.3%(20人)、72.1%(62人);最近一次性行為使用安全套者占46.5%(40人);HIV陽性1例,占1.2%。第一次性行為年齡、婚姻狀況、結(jié)婚時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短、有無小孩的多性伴情況差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論河口縣跨境越南媳婦高危性行為及多性伴現(xiàn)象普遍存在,是潛在造成艾滋病病毒(HIV)在邊境雙側(cè)傳播蔓延的危險(xiǎn)因素之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the high-risk sexual behavior and its characteristics of cross-border Vietnamese wives and to provide evidence for prevention and control. Methods in March 2015, Vietnamese wife (fact or registered marriage for more than half a year) in Hecou County was selected by the trained bilingual outreaching staff to carry out cross-sectional investigation to understand the demographic characteristics. High risk sexual behavior and multiple sexual partners (2). Data were analyzed by Excel 2007 input SPSS 22. 0 statistical software. Results the average age of the first sexual intercourse was (17.5 鹵1.9) years old, the average age of the first sexual intercourse was (17.5 鹵1.9) years old, the proportion of cross border sexual partners was 23. 3% (20), and the rate of condom use was 46. 5% (40) and 1. 2%, respectively. The age of sexual intercourse, marital status, length of marriage, and sexual partners with or without children were significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion the high risk sexual behavior and sexual partners of cross-border Vietnamese wives are common in Hekou County, which is one of the potential risk factors for the spread of HIV (HIV) in both sides of the border.
