【摘要】：Zika病毒(Zika virus,ZIKV)是一種新現(xiàn)蟲媒病毒,屬于黃病毒科黃病毒屬。其感染后臨床表現(xiàn)為輕癥發(fā)熱,因病重住院者罕見。流行病學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)顯示Zika病毒病的流行與自身免疫性神經(jīng)性疾病格林-巴利綜合征及先天性小頭畸形有關(guān),引起了專家和公眾的關(guān)注,但具體機制有待深入研究。
[Abstract]:Zika virus (Zika virus,ZIKV) is a new insect-borne virus, belonging to the yellow virus family. Its clinical manifestation after infection is mild fever, which is rare because of serious hospitalization. Epidemiological data show that the prevalence of Zika virus disease is associated with Guillain-Barre syndrome and congenital microcephaly, which has attracted the attention of experts and the public, but the specific mechanism needs further study.
