【摘要】：目的分析深圳市南山區(qū)人民醫(yī)院金黃色葡萄球菌血流感染的臨床特征和起病后30 d內(nèi)死亡相關(guān)的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法回顧分析2008-2015年由金黃色葡萄球菌所致血流感染患者的臨床和微生物學(xué)資料,分析30 d內(nèi)死亡相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果共121例患者入組,其中MRSA血流感染檢出率為17.4%(21/121)。相比較于MSSA血流感染,MRSA血流感染中年齡≥65歲老年患者更多、醫(yī)院感染和呼吸道感染更為常見(P值分別為0.026、0.035和0.001);并且MRSA血流感染患者中復(fù)數(shù)菌感染更多和接受了更多的不恰當(dāng)初始抗感染治療(P值分別為0.005和0.001)。患者起病后30 d內(nèi)的死亡率為18.2%(22/121)。通過(guò)單因素和多因素回歸分析示僅實(shí)體腫瘤(OR,8.932,P=0.004)和感染性休克(OR,56.721,P0.001)是患者起病后30 d內(nèi)死亡的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論實(shí)體腫瘤和感染性休克,比MRSA感染在金黃色葡萄球菌血流感染患者死亡中起了更重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical characteristics of staphylococcus aureus blood flow infection and the risk factors of death within 30 days after onset of the disease. Methods the clinical and microbiological data of patients with blood stream infection caused by Staphylococcus aureus from 2008 to 2015 were analyzed retrospectively and the risk factors of death within 30 days were analyzed.
