【摘要】：目的挖掘和總結(jié)瘧疾風險管理的經(jīng)驗及存在問題,為瘧疾消除階段的瘧疾風險管理工作提供策略建議。方法借鑒扎根理論(GTM),于2015年6月—2016年3月隨機抽取廣西、湖北、安徽三省瘧疾防控系統(tǒng)的24名相關人員分別進行時長為半小時的面對面半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談,并補充訪談了河南和山東兩省疾病預防控制中心的2名一線瘧疾防控專家,對收集的定性資料進行整理和分析。結(jié)果樣本地區(qū)瘧疾風險管理工作的順利開展主要受政府的重視,規(guī)范的瘧疾預防、監(jiān)測篩查、病例處置以及注重科研探索等因素的影響;然而當前瘧疾風險管理面臨的主要問題為:瘧疾經(jīng)費不足、居民及基層防控工作人員瘧疾防控意識淡薄、流動人口加劇輸入性瘧疾傳播風險、二代病例與瘧原蟲變異使監(jiān)測更加困難等。結(jié)論瘧疾消除階段政府需要繼續(xù)重視瘧疾風險管理工作,適當增加和調(diào)整瘧防經(jīng)費及科研經(jīng)費投入,協(xié)調(diào)建立多部門的瘧疾防控機制。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore and summarize the experiences and problems of malaria risk management, and to provide some suggestions for malaria risk management in malaria elimination stage. Methods from June 2015 to March 2016, 24 participants from malaria control and control systems in Guangxi, Hubei and Anhui provinces were randomly selected for half-hour face-to-face and semi-structured interviews. Two experts from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Henan and Shandong provinces were interviewed and the qualitative data were collected and analyzed. Results the successful development of malaria risk management in the sample area was mainly influenced by the government's attention, standardized malaria prevention, surveillance and screening, case management and scientific research. However, the main problems facing malaria risk management at present are: insufficient malaria funds, weak awareness of malaria control and control among residents and grass-roots prevention and control workers, and increased risk of imported malaria transmission by floating population. The second generation of cases and the variation of Plasmodium make it more difficult to monitor. Conclusion in the stage of malaria elimination, the government should continue to pay attention to malaria risk management, appropriately increase and adjust the funds for malaria control and scientific research, and coordinate the establishment of a multi-sector malaria control mechanism.
