【摘要】：目的了解艾滋病抗病毒治療病人健康生存滿意度和性行為狀況,為抗病毒治療效果分析以及預(yù)防艾滋病性傳播提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。方法針對(duì)剛?cè)虢M抗病毒治療的病人開展橫斷面問卷調(diào)查,數(shù)據(jù)核對(duì)后運(yùn)用SPSS18.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果共調(diào)查治療病人333人,最近6個(gè)月檢測過CD4+T淋巴細(xì)胞數(shù)的占78.1%,對(duì)自己享受到的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)滿意的占51.1%。最近6個(gè)月發(fā)生過性行為的占53.5%,其中,最近1次安全套使用比例為56.2%,最近6個(gè)月每次都使用安全套的比例為38.8%,且不同性伴類型間安全套使用構(gòu)成比有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論多數(shù)艾滋病治療病人有性行為,且安全套使用比例較低,建議加強(qiáng)其安全套免費(fèi)發(fā)放、宣傳教育和抗病毒治療,進(jìn)一步控制艾滋病性接觸傳播。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health survival satisfaction and sexual behavior of patients treated with HIV / AIDS, and to provide basic data for the analysis of the efficacy of antiviral therapy and the prevention of HIV / AIDS transmission. Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted for the patients who had been treated with antiviral therapy. SPSS 18.0 was used to analyze the data. Results A total of 333 patients were investigated. In the last 6 months, the number of CD4 T lymphocytes was detected in 78.1% of the patients, and 51.1% of them were satisfied with the medical and health services they received. The proportion of condom use was 56.2 in the last 6 months and 38.8 in each time in the last 6 months, and there was significant difference in the composition ratio of condom use among different sex partners (P 0.05). Conclusion most AIDS patients have sexual behavior and the proportion of condom use is low. It is suggested to strengthen the free distribution of condoms, publicity, education and antiviral treatment to further control the spread of HIV / AIDS.
