【摘要】：目的探討脈沖射頻聯(lián)合臭氧半月節(jié)注射治療帶狀皰疹后三叉神經(jīng)痛的臨床療效。方法將確診為帶狀皰疹后三叉神經(jīng)痛的19名患者在CT引導(dǎo)下經(jīng)卵圓孔三叉神經(jīng)半月神經(jīng)節(jié)脈沖射頻術(shù)聯(lián)合局部注射臭氧,觀察患者術(shù)后疼痛緩解程度,以視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分(visual analogue score,VAS)及患者滿意度評(píng)定療效,觀察不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果 19例患者均完成術(shù)后3個(gè)月隨訪,17例完成術(shù)后6個(gè)月隨訪,11例完成術(shù)后12個(gè)月隨訪,7例完成術(shù)后24個(gè)月隨訪�；颊咝g(shù)后3d時(shí)VAS為1.58±1.465,術(shù)后15d時(shí)VAS為1.00±0.745,術(shù)后1個(gè)月時(shí)VAS為0.84±0.898,術(shù)后3個(gè)月時(shí)VAS為0.84±1.463,術(shù)后6個(gè)月時(shí)VAS為0.53±0.874,術(shù)后12個(gè)月時(shí)VAS為0.27±0.467,術(shù)后24個(gè)月時(shí)VAS為0.43±0.535,治療后各時(shí)間段VAS分值明顯低于術(shù)前(7.05±1.433),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),而且未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論脈沖射頻聯(lián)合臭氧半月節(jié)注射的綜合治療能快速緩解帶狀皰疹后三叉神經(jīng)痛患者的疼痛,療效顯著,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of pulse radio frequency combined with ozone semilunar injection in the treatment of postherpetic trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 19 patients with postherpetic trigeminal neuralgia were treated by CT guided transposition of trigeminal ganglion pulse radiofrequency (RFA) combined with local ozone injection to observe the degree of pain relief after operation. Visual analogue score (VAS) and patient satisfaction were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results all the 19 cases were followed up for 3 months, 17 cases were followed up for 6 months, 11 cases were followed up for 12 months and 7 cases were followed up for 24 months. VAS was 1.58 鹵1.465 at 3 days, 1.00 鹵0.745 on 15 days, 0.84 鹵0.898 at 1 month, 0.84 鹵1.463 at 3 months, 0.53 鹵0.874 at 6 months, 0.27 鹵0.467at 12 months and 0.43 鹵0.535 at 24 months after operation. The value was significantly lower than that before operation (7.05 鹵1.433), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01), and there was no serious adverse reaction. Conclusion Pulsed radio frequency combined with ozone semilunar injection can relieve the pain of trigeminal neuralgia after herpes zoster. The curative effect is significant and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
