【摘要】：目的：觀察陽和湯加減聯(lián)合激光治療帶狀皰疹后神經(jīng)痛的臨床療效。方法：采用隨機(jī)對照的方法,將符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)72例患者(病例來源：黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院皮膚科門診患者),按就診的先后順序,隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組,每組36例。治療組36例給予口服中藥湯劑陽和湯(加減),每日1劑；對照組36例給予消炎痛25mg每次,每日3次。兩組均采用聯(lián)合半導(dǎo)體激光照射治療,皮損局部或疼痛區(qū)域照射每日1次。記錄入組前、入組后28天疼痛、總體癥狀和睡眠的變化情況,分析兩組之間的療效差異。結(jié)果：兩組的總有效率分別為治療組72.00%、對照組42.00%。將兩組總有效率進(jìn)行比較,結(jié)果顯示其具有顯著性差異,治療組的效果優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)；兩組經(jīng)過治療后對比疼痛有顯著性差異(P0.05)兩組經(jīng)過治療后總體癥狀對比有顯著差異(P0.05) 兩組經(jīng)過治療后睡眠對比有顯著差異(P0.05),治療組效果明顯優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論：陽和湯(加減)聯(lián)合激光治療帶狀皰疹后神經(jīng)痛能夠有效的減輕患者疼痛,改善臨床癥狀和睡眠情況,是治療陽虛寒凝型帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛安全有效的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yanghe decoction combined with laser on post herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods: a randomized controlled method was used to divide 72 patients (from the dermatology department of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine) into treatment group and control group randomly. There were 36 cases in each group. The treatment group (36 cases) were given oral Chinese traditional medicine decoction Yanghe decoction (1 dose per day) and the control group (36 cases) were given indomethacin 25mg 3 times a day. Both groups were treated with combined semiconductor laser irradiation. The changes of pain, general symptoms and sleep were recorded before and 28 days after entering the group, and the difference of curative effect between the two groups was analyzed. Results: the total effective rate was 72.00 in the treatment group and 42.00 in the control group. The total effective rate of the two groups was compared and the results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups. The effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group (P0.05A; after treatment, there is a significant difference between the two groups in comparing pain and pain (P0.05) after treatment, there is a significant difference in the overall symptoms of the two groups (P0.05) there is a significant difference between the two groups in the sleep comparison after treatment, and there is a significant difference in the effect of the treatment group. The fruit was obviously superior to the control group. Conclusion: the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with Yang he decoction (plus or minus) combined with laser is a safe and effective method for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia due to deficiency of yang and cold coagulation.
