【摘要】：我國(guó)寄生蟲(chóng)病防控取得了顯著成績(jī),但寄生蟲(chóng)病的流行與傳播受環(huán)境、自然災(zāi)害、人口流動(dòng)等復(fù)雜的自然和社會(huì)因素等影響,仍然存在導(dǎo)致突發(fā)寄生蟲(chóng)病事件發(fā)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),影響我國(guó)寄生蟲(chóng)病控制成效、甚至可影響社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。本文通過(guò)部分突發(fā)寄生蟲(chóng)病事件對(duì)公共衛(wèi)生安全影響典型案例的分析,闡述了突發(fā)寄生蟲(chóng)病事件處置的特點(diǎn),提出了在構(gòu)建突發(fā)寄生蟲(chóng)病事件響應(yīng)體系中應(yīng)具備的組織框架和響應(yīng)流程,并指出今后應(yīng)強(qiáng)化突發(fā)寄生蟲(chóng)病事件應(yīng)急響應(yīng)的體系建設(shè)和措施落實(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)突發(fā)寄生蟲(chóng)病事件的早期介入和妥善處置,最大限度地控制寄生蟲(chóng)病傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和危害。
[Abstract]:Significant achievements have been made in the prevention and control of parasitic diseases in China. However, the prevalence and spread of parasitic diseases are still affected by complex natural and social factors, such as environment, natural disasters, population mobility, and so on. It affects the control effect of parasitic disease and even affects social stability. Based on the analysis of some typical cases of the impact of paroxysmal parasitic events on public health and safety, this paper expounds the characteristics of the disposal of paroxysmal parasitic events. This paper puts forward the organizational framework and response flow in constructing the response system of the sudden parasitic disease event, and points out that the system construction and the implementation of the measures should be strengthened in the future for the emergency response system of the sudden parasitic disease event. To control the risk and harm of parasitic disease transmission to the maximum extent through the early intervention and proper disposal of the sudden parasitic disease event.
