【摘要】：目的分析四川省遂寧市輸入性瘧疾流行病學(xué)特征,為輸入性瘧疾監(jiān)測(cè)、評(píng)估傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和探討防控策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集2011-2016年全市網(wǎng)報(bào)瘧疾疫情數(shù)據(jù)、病例個(gè)案調(diào)查資料以及瘧疾疫情年報(bào)表,對(duì)輸入性瘧疾病例流行病學(xué)信息及病例診治情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2011-2016年全市報(bào)告瘧疾病例71例,均為輸入性病例。非洲輸入60例,占84.51%。各月份均有病例報(bào)告,無(wú)明顯季節(jié)特征。從發(fā)病到就診時(shí)間中位數(shù)為2 d;從就診到確診時(shí)間中位數(shù)為4 d;63.38%的病例初次就診時(shí)被診斷為瘧疾。43例病例由縣、市級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)確診,占60.56%。所有病例均為實(shí)驗(yàn)室確診病例,均得到規(guī)范的抗瘧治療。結(jié)論遂寧市輸入性瘧疾疫情依然嚴(yán)峻,需要加強(qiáng)對(duì)流動(dòng)人口的管理,加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)培訓(xùn),以防止繼發(fā)病例或死亡病例發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of imported malaria in Suining, Sichuan, and to provide scientific basis for input malaria monitoring, assessment of spread risk and prevention and control strategy. Methods the data of malaria epidemic in the city network of 2011-2016 years, case investigation data and annual reports of malaria epidemic situation were collected, and the epidemiological information of imported malaria cases and the epidemiological information of malaria cases were collected. Results in the 2011-2016 years, 71 cases of malaria cases were reported in the whole city, all of which were imported cases. 60 cases were entered in Africa, accounting for each month in 84.51%., without obvious seasonal characteristics. The median of the onset to the time of treatment was 2 D; the median of the diagnosis to diagnosis was 4 D; 63.38% of the first cases were first visited. .43 cases were diagnosed as malaria cases in the county, the city level medical institutions were confirmed, all cases of 60.56%. were laboratory confirmed cases, all of which were standardized malaria treatment. Conclusion the epidemic situation of malaria in Suining is still severe. It is necessary to strengthen the management of the floating population and strengthen the training of medical institutions in order to prevent secondary or death cases.
