【摘要】：目的 :研究神經(jīng)梅毒治療后快速血漿反應(yīng)素試驗(yàn)(rapid plasma reagin test,RPR)滴度變化替代腦脊液檢測(cè)預(yù)測(cè)療效的可行性。方法:治療47例符合條件的神經(jīng)梅毒患者后,記錄6個(gè)月的血清RPR滴度及腦脊液異常,并分析治療前不同血清RPR滴度下有效預(yù)測(cè)值的差異。結(jié)果 :治療后6個(gè)月,26例(55.3%)患者血清RPR治療有效,37例(78.7%)患者腦脊液異常治療有效,治療前血清RPR≥1∶16的患者組血清RPR滴度變化更能預(yù)測(cè)腦脊液異常的變化。結(jié)論:在高血清滴度的患者中,血清RPR可以替代腦脊液檢查預(yù)測(cè)神經(jīng)梅毒患者的療效,避免過(guò)多腰椎穿刺檢查。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the feasibility of rapid plasma reactivity test (RPR) titer of rapid plasma reactivity test (RPR) in alternative cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) detection after neurosyphilis treatment. Methods: after treatment of 47 patients with neurosyphilis, the serum RPR titers and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) abnormalities were recorded for 6 months, and the difference of effective predictive values under different serum RPR titers before treatment was analyzed.
