【摘要】：正產(chǎn)ESBL大腸埃希菌(ESBL-EC)和肺炎克雷伯菌(ESBL-KP)導(dǎo)致的社區(qū)獲得血流感染(COBSI)近年來在全球范圍內(nèi)均有增多。本研究旨在分析ESBL-EC和ESBL-KP導(dǎo)致COBSI的流行和危險(xiǎn)因素。收集27所醫(yī)院2013年9月—2014年11月連續(xù)發(fā)生的919例社區(qū)獲得血流感染,病原菌包括
