【摘要】：目的了解2004-2012年麗水市急性弛緩性麻痹(AFP)病例監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行情況,分析監(jiān)測(cè)質(zhì)量。方法監(jiān)測(cè)15歲以下AFP病例,由專(zhuān)業(yè)人員對(duì)病例調(diào)查、采便和隨訪,在省級(jí)疾控中心對(duì)糞便標(biāo)本進(jìn)行病毒分離和鑒定;省AFP病例專(zhuān)家診斷小組對(duì)每例AFP病例進(jìn)行最終分類(lèi);應(yīng)用SPSS13.0和AFP監(jiān)測(cè)信息報(bào)告管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2004-2012年共報(bào)告AFP病例81例,按15歲以下兒童數(shù)年平均報(bào)告發(fā)病率為2.10/10萬(wàn),男女之比為1.79∶1;多為單側(cè)下肢麻痹,占80.25%;3次及以上脊灰糖丸疫苗接種史者占87.65%;冬春季發(fā)病較多;共分離到4株腸道病毒,陽(yáng)性率4.94%,其中非脊灰腸道病毒(NPEV)2株,脊灰病毒(PV)2株(Ⅰ+Ⅱ型),脊灰病毒陽(yáng)性率為2.47%,經(jīng)國(guó)家疾控中心參比實(shí)驗(yàn)室核實(shí)均為脊灰疫苗相關(guān)株;雙份合格糞便采集率100%,糞便及時(shí)送檢率95.10%,病例48 h流調(diào)率100%;監(jiān)測(cè)醫(yī)院漏報(bào)率為10.00%。結(jié)論麗水市AFP監(jiān)測(cè)質(zhì)量較高,常規(guī)免疫接種率維持較高水平,同時(shí)應(yīng)采取措施控制監(jiān)測(cè)漏洞。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the operation and quality of AFP case monitoring system in Lishui City from 2004 to 2012. Methods the cases of AFP under 15 years of age were monitored, and the cases were investigated, defecated and followed up by professional personnel. The fecal specimens were isolated and identified at the provincial CDC, and the final classification of each AFP case was carried out by the expert diagnosis team of provincial AFP cases. Using SPSS13.0 and AFP monitoring information report management system to carry on the statistical analysis to the data. Results A total of 81 cases of AFP were reported from 2004 to 2012. The average reported incidence rate of children under 15 years old was 2.10 / 100 000, the ratio of male and female was 1.79: 1; most of them were unilateral paralysis of lower extremities, accounting for 87.65% of the history of vaccination of 80.25 or more times of polio sugar pills, and the incidence of diseases in winter and spring was more than that in winter and spring.
