貴州省鉤端螺旋體血清群特異性PCR鑒定結(jié)果與分析

【摘要】:目的采用血清群特異性PCR技術(shù)了解貴州省近年鉤端螺旋體(鉤體)流行菌群,為貴州省鉤體病的防控提供技術(shù)手段和科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用致病性鉤體特異性PCR方法(G1/G2-PCR)對(duì)來(lái)自貴州省近年的鉤體分離菌株進(jìn)行鑒定,進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用基于致病性鉤體O抗原基因的血清群特異性PCR(O-PCR)對(duì)貴州省近年的58株鉤體分離株進(jìn)行血清群鑒定,并采用顯微凝集試驗(yàn)(MAT)對(duì)O-PCR方法的檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果 G1/G2-PCR檢測(cè)結(jié)果顯示58株菌株均為致病性鉤體,O-PCR將58株致病性鉤體菌株鑒定為黃疸出血群,與傳統(tǒng)的MAT法鑒定結(jié)果一致。結(jié)論 O-PCR技術(shù)可作為我省鉤體快速分群鑒定可靠的實(shí)驗(yàn)室診斷技術(shù)手段,貴州省近年的鉤體流行菌群為黃疸出血群。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of leptospirosis (Leptospira) by serogroup specific PCR in Guizhou province in recent years so as to provide technical means and scientific basis for the prevention and control of leptospirosis in Guizhou. Methods the isolated strains of Leptospira isolated from Guizhou Province in recent years were identified by the method of pathogenic Leptospira specific PCR (G1 / G2-PCR). Furthermore, serogroup specific PCR- O-PCR based on pathogenic leptospirosis O antigen gene was used to identify 58 Leptospira isolates in Guizhou Province in recent years, and the results of O-PCR detection were verified by microagglutination test (MAT). Results the results of G1/G2-PCR analysis showed that 58 strains of pathogenic leptospirosis were identified as jaundice haemorrhage group by O-PCR, which was consistent with the traditional MAT method. Conclusion O-PCR technique can be used as a reliable laboratory diagnostic technique for rapid identification of Leptospira in Guizhou Province. In recent years, the endemic bacteria of Leptospira in Guizhou Province is jaundice haemorrhage group.
