【摘要】：釘螺是日本血吸蟲(chóng)唯一的中間宿主,研究野外采集或人工培養(yǎng)釘螺的形態(tài)特征、遺傳特性、生理生化以及生活習(xí)性等生物學(xué)特性,探索阻斷血吸蟲(chóng)生活史的新思路、新方法是當(dāng)前防控血吸蟲(chóng)病重要手段。本文就釘螺的生物學(xué)特性和人工培養(yǎng)方法進(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:Oncomelania hupensis is the only intermediate host of Schistosoma japonicum. The morphological, genetic, physiological, biochemical and life habits of snails collected in the field or artificially cultured were studied to explore a new way to block the life history of Schistosoma japonicum.The new method is an important method to prevent and control schistosomiasis.The biological characteristics and artificial culture methods of Oncomelania hupensis were reviewed in this paper.
