【摘要】：目的回顧分析陜西省歷史炭疽疫情,分析其流行特征及影響因素,探討新形勢下的防控對策。方法對陜西省1955-2015年炭疽疫情報告數(shù)據(jù)及有關(guān)調(diào)查資料進行匯總,采用描述流行病學(xué)方法分析陜西省人間炭疽的三間分布規(guī)律,并對重點爆發(fā)疫情調(diào)查資料及實驗室檢測進行綜合評估。結(jié)果陜西省1955-2015年共報告炭疽發(fā)病數(shù)3 849例,平均發(fā)病率0.21/10萬,病死率3.14%。高發(fā)地區(qū)集中在畜牧業(yè)發(fā)達的渭南、咸陽等市,發(fā)病季節(jié)分布在7~9月,以青壯年男性為主,實驗室資料較欠缺。結(jié)論陜西省炭疽疫情雖在全國處于低發(fā)區(qū),但局部暴發(fā)危險仍然存在,建議與畜牧部門緊密配合,建立炭疽監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),規(guī)范疫區(qū)處理,加強宣傳教育,降低發(fā)病的危險因素,為今后我省炭疽防治提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the historical anthrax epidemic situation in Shaanxi Province, analyze its epidemic characteristics and influencing factors, and discuss the countermeasures of prevention and control under the new situation.Methods the reported data of anthrax epidemic situation and related investigation data from 1955 to 2015 in Shaanxi Province were summarized and the three distribution patterns of human anthrax in Shaanxi Province were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.The investigation data and laboratory tests of key outbreaks were evaluated.Results A total of 3 849 cases of anthrax were reported from 1955 to 2015 in Shaanxi Province, with an average incidence of 0. 21 / 100 000 and a mortality of 3. 14%.The high incidence areas are concentrated in Weinan and Xianyang, where animal husbandry is developed. The incidence season is from July to September.Conclusion although the anthrax epidemic situation in Shaanxi Province is in the low incidence area, the risk of local outbreak still exists. It is suggested to cooperate closely with the animal husbandry department to establish the anthrax surveillance system, to standardize the treatment of the epidemic area, to strengthen propaganda and education, and to reduce the risk factors of the disease.To provide scientific basis for anthrax prevention and control in our province in the future.
