【摘要】：目的了解和分析江西省重點(diǎn)寄生蟲(chóng)病的流行現(xiàn)狀,并為制定全省"十三五"規(guī)劃提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法按照2014年全國(guó)第3次人體重點(diǎn)寄生蟲(chóng)感染現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查方案,結(jié)合江西省具體情況開(kāi)展調(diào)查。其中土源性線蟲(chóng)和腸道原蟲(chóng)調(diào)查以生態(tài)區(qū)為基礎(chǔ),按照經(jīng)濟(jì)條件和地理方位進(jìn)行分層整群抽樣;華支睪吸蟲(chóng)的調(diào)查在農(nóng)村地區(qū)與土源性線蟲(chóng)調(diào)查一并進(jìn)行,在城鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)以隨機(jī)整群抽樣法進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果在全省32個(gè)縣的92個(gè)調(diào)查點(diǎn)共計(jì)調(diào)查了23 606人,其中21 569人接受了腸道原蟲(chóng)檢查,1 486名兒童接受了蟯蟲(chóng)卵檢查。全省共查出腸道寄生蟲(chóng)20種,感染率為9.64%,推算全省腸道寄生蟲(chóng)感染者約429.6萬(wàn)人。兒童蟯蟲(chóng)感染率為13.73%,華支睪吸蟲(chóng)感染率為0.58%,腸道原蟲(chóng)感染率為1.42%,目標(biāo)人群弓形蟲(chóng)陽(yáng)性率為7.50%。結(jié)論江西省人群土源性線蟲(chóng)感染率呈下降趨勢(shì),華支睪吸蟲(chóng)感染率在局部地區(qū)明顯上升,全省寄生蟲(chóng)病防治工作仍需加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand and analyze the epidemic status of key parasitic diseases in Jiangxi Province and provide scientific basis for the formulation of the 13th Five-Year Plan of Jiangxi Province.Methods according to the investigation scheme of the third time in 2014, combined with the specific situation of Jiangxi Province, the investigation was carried out.The investigation of soil-derived nematodes and intestinal protozoa was conducted on the basis of ecological area, and stratified cluster sampling was carried out according to economic conditions and geographical orientation, and the investigation of Clonorchis sinensis was carried out in rural areas in conjunction with the investigation of soil-derived nematodes.Random cluster sampling method was used to investigate in urban areas.Results A total of 23 606 people were investigated in 92 investigation sites in 32 counties of the province, of which 21 569 were examined for intestinal protozoa and 1 486 children were examined for Enterobius vermicularis eggs.A total of 20 intestinal parasites were found in the province, and the infection rate was 9.64. It was estimated that there were about 4.296 million intestinal parasites infected in the province.The infection rate of Enterobius vermicularis was 13.733.The infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis was 0.58, the infection rate of intestinal protozoa was 1.42cm, and the positive rate of Toxoplasma gondii in target population was 7.50.Conclusion the infection rate of soil-derived nematode in Jiangxi Province is decreasing, the infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis is increasing in local areas, and the prevention and control of parasitic diseases in Jiangxi Province should be strengthened.
