【摘要】：目的了解上海市閘北區(qū)男男性行為人群(MSM)的人口學特征、高危行為特征、艾滋病知識與態(tài)度,分析高危行為的影響因素,為在該人群中開展艾滋病的防治工作提供依據(jù)。方法 2012-2013年,在閘北區(qū)某MSM浴室開展問卷調(diào)查,利用SPSS軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結果共調(diào)查54人,近一年性病患病率33.33%(18人)。多因素分析表明,近6個月性伴數(shù)、成年期不良社會經(jīng)歷、接受預防艾滋病服務的種類與高危行為顯著相關。結論導致MSM高危行為的影響因素廣泛存在,且有很高的風險將艾滋病蔓延至一般人群,亟須采取針對性強的措施,有效控制艾滋病的快速傳播。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the demographic characteristics, high risk behavior, AIDS knowledge and attitude of MSM in Zhabei District, Shanghai, and to analyze the influencing factors of high risk behaviors, so as to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of AIDS in this population.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in a MSM bathroom in Zhabei District in 2012-2013. The data were analyzed by SPSS software.Results A total of 54 persons were investigated. The prevalence rate of STDs was 33.33% and 18 cases in the past year.Multivariate analysis showed that the number of sexual partners in recent 6 months, the bad social experience in adulthood, and the types of AIDS prevention services were significantly correlated with high-risk behaviors.Conclusion the influencing factors of high risk behavior of MSM exist widely and have a high risk of spreading AIDS to the general population. It is urgent to take strong targeted measures to effectively control the rapid spread of HIV / AIDS.
