【摘要】：正萬古霉素耐藥腸球菌(vancomycin-resistant enterococcus,VRE)于二十世紀(jì)八十年代末第一次被分離,并迅速蔓延至整個(gè)美國、歐洲及其他地方[1]。美國國家醫(yī)療保健安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)2009—2010年監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)顯示,多重耐藥菌醫(yī)院感染占所有醫(yī)院感染的20%,其中VRE占3%[2]。我國某院2011年1月—2013年12月對(duì)15 946例住院患者送檢的腹腔感染標(biāo)本進(jìn)行菌種鑒定及藥物敏感性檢測,屎腸球菌檢出率(15.06%)位居前五,耐萬古霉素屎腸球菌占檢出多
[Abstract]:Vancomycin-resistant enterococcus vre was first isolated in the late 1980s and rapidly spread throughout the United States, Europe and elsewhere.The National Health Care Safety Network (NHS) monitoring data from 2009-2010 shows that multidrug resistant bacteria (MDR) nosocomial infection accounts for 20% of all nosocomial infections, of which VRE accounts for 3% [2].From January 2011 to December 2013, 15 946 inpatients with abdominal infection were tested for bacterial species identification and drug sensitivity test. The detection rate of Enterococcus faecium was in the top five, and vancomycin resistant Enterococcus faecium accounted for more.
