【摘要】：目的了解廣西貴港市暗娼人群艾滋病相關(guān)行為變化,以及人類免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、梅毒、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的流行情況,為相關(guān)防控工作提供依據(jù)。方法于2010—2014年哨點監(jiān)測期,在貴港市轄區(qū)內(nèi),按照《全國艾滋病哨點監(jiān)測實施方案》調(diào)查方法,對暗娼人群進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查并采集靜脈血檢測HIV、梅毒和HCV抗體。結(jié)果共調(diào)查1 980名暗娼,對艾滋病相關(guān)知識總體知曉率為90.8%,歷年知曉率分別為65.8%、96.5%、96.5%、96.0%、98.0%(P0.05);最近1次商業(yè)性行為使用安全套的暗娼總比例為83.5%,歷年比例分別為72.6%、74.5%、91.0%、88.8%、90.1%(P0.05);最近1個月內(nèi)商業(yè)性行為堅持使用安全套的暗娼總比例為31.6%,歷年比例分別為15.1%、13.3%、70.6%、18.8%、39.7%(P0.05);5年HIV抗體平均檢出率為1.4%,梅毒抗體檢出率為9.5%,HCV抗體檢出率為3.3%。結(jié)論貴港市暗娼人群對艾滋病相關(guān)知識的知曉水平較高,且有隨年份增加的趨勢;商業(yè)性行為使用安全套的比例都不高,但有逐年上升的趨勢;梅毒檢出率較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of AIDS related behavior and the prevalence of HIV / AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis C virus (HCV) among prostitutes in Guigang, Guangxi, and to provide the basis for prevention and control. Methods the surveillance period of sentinel from 2010 to 2014 was used. In Guigang City, according to the investigation method of "National AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Program", a questionnaire survey was conducted among prostitutes and venous blood was collected to detect HIV, syphilis and HCV antibodies. Results A total of 1 980 prostitutes were investigated. The overall awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 90.8, and the awareness rate in previous years was 65.80.96. 5% and 96.00.90% P0.05, respectively; the proportion of commercial sex workers using condoms in the last commercial sex was 83.5, the proportion was 74.51.088. 80.1% in the past years, and the commercial sex had insisted on the use of Ann in the last month. The total proportion of the whole set of female sex workers was 31.6cm, and the proportion of the past years was 15.1and 13.30.76%, respectively, and the average detection rate of HIV antibody in 5 years was 1.4, and the detection rate of syphilis antibody was 3.30.Conclusion the level of knowledge about AIDS among prostitutes in Guigang City is higher than that in other cities, and the average detection rate of HIV antibody in 5 years is 1.4 and the detection rate of syphilis antibody is 3.30.Conclusion there is a high level of knowledge about AIDS among prostitutes in Guigang city. The rate of condom use in commercial sex is not high, but it is increasing year by year, and the detection rate of syphilis is higher.
