2011-2015年陜西省腎綜合征出血熱時(shí)空聚集性分析

【摘要】:目的通過時(shí)空聚集性分析方法,掌握2011-2015年陜西省腎綜合征出血熱(HFRS)發(fā)病情況的時(shí)空分布特征。方法收集"中國(guó)疾病控制信息系統(tǒng)"中2011-2015年陜西省各個(gè)縣(區(qū))HFRS報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù),采用Geoda1.6.7軟件進(jìn)行空間全局和局部自相關(guān)分析,SatScan9.4.2軟件進(jìn)行時(shí)空掃描,同時(shí)將相關(guān)分析結(jié)果使用ArcGIS 10.2軟件進(jìn)行可視化地圖展示。結(jié)果 2011-2015年陜西省累計(jì)報(bào)告HFRS 10 026例,年均發(fā)病率為5.35/10萬,發(fā)病季節(jié)性呈現(xiàn)出明顯的雙峰特征(秋冬峰為10月至次年1月;夏季峰為6-7月),高發(fā)縣區(qū)集中在關(guān)中地區(qū);空間自相關(guān)結(jié)果顯示區(qū)域內(nèi)存在"高-高"(或熱點(diǎn)區(qū)域,主要分布于西安、寶雞和和咸陽)、"低-低"(或冷點(diǎn)區(qū)域,分布于延安、漢中、榆林和安康)等關(guān)聯(lián)模式的縣(區(qū));時(shí)空掃描分析探測(cè)到時(shí)間維度為2012年10月-2013年1月,空間維度覆蓋寶雞、咸陽和西安部分縣區(qū)的聚集區(qū)(RR=12.68,P0.001),聚集區(qū)在5年中位置相對(duì)固定。結(jié)論陜西省HFRS發(fā)病具有明顯的時(shí)空分布特征,關(guān)中地區(qū)為發(fā)病聚集區(qū)域,是HFRS的重點(diǎn)防控地區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the spatial and temporal distribution of HFRS in hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) from 2011 to 2015 in Shaanxi Province by means of spatio-temporal aggregation analysis. Methods the data of HFRS reports from counties (districts) in Shaanxi Province from 2011 to 2015 were collected from China Disease Control Information system. The spatial global and local autocorrelation analysis was carried out by Geoda1.6.7 software, and the results of correlation analysis were displayed using ArcGIS 10.2 software. Results 10,026 cases of HFRS were reported in Shaanxi Province from 2011 to 2015. The average annual incidence rate was 5.35 / 100 thousand. The seasonal incidence showed two peaks (from October to January in autumn and winter, June to July in summer, and concentrated in Guanzhong area in the county of high incidence. The spatial autocorrelation results show that there are "high and high" (or hot spots) in the region, mainly distributed in Xi'an, Baoji and Xianyang, "low-low" (or cold-point area, distributed in Yan'an, Hanzhong), Counties (regions) with associated models such as Yulin and Ankang; Spatio-temporal scanning analysis showed that the time dimension was from October 2012 to January 2013, and the spatial dimension covered Baoji. In Xianyang and some counties in Xi'an, the RRN 12.68 P0.001 was relatively fixed in the five years. Conclusion the incidence of HFRS in Shaanxi Province has obvious space-time distribution characteristics, Guanzhong area is the focus area of HFRS prevention and control.
