【摘要】：目的了解北京地區(qū)居民肺結(jié)核防治知識的知曉率,為進(jìn)一步有針對性地開展肺結(jié)核防控知識宣傳工作提供依據(jù)。方法采用隨機(jī)抽樣的方法選取北京地區(qū)部分居民進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,問卷內(nèi)容以《2006年全國公眾結(jié)核病防治知識信念行為調(diào)查問卷》為主,同時增加肺結(jié)核防治知識核心信息和疑似肺結(jié)核癥狀相關(guān)問題。結(jié)果共收集居民調(diào)查問卷520份,其中合格問卷503份,有效率為96.73%。調(diào)查對象中,5條肺結(jié)核防治知識核心信息總知曉率為40.87%,78.93%知道肺結(jié)核是一種嚴(yán)重危害人們健康的慢性呼吸道傳染病,48.51%知道只要堅(jiān)持正規(guī)治療,絕大多數(shù)肺結(jié)核患者是可以治愈的,僅19.68%知道在縣(區(qū))級結(jié)核病防治機(jī)構(gòu)檢查和治療肺結(jié)核可享受國家免費(fèi)政策。可以識別4種及以上肺結(jié)核疑似癥狀的居民占53.48%,能全部識別出8種癥狀的居民僅占7.36%。結(jié)論北京市居民肺結(jié)核防治知識的知曉率水平相對較低�；颊咴陬净挤谓Y(jié)核的早期若不能夠識別癥狀,不僅延誤治療,增加開放性肺結(jié)核傳播概率,甚至誘導(dǎo)多耐藥結(jié)核分枝桿菌的產(chǎn)生,給肺結(jié)核防治工作帶來更多挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the awareness rate of pulmonary tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge among residents in Beijing, and to provide the basis for further propaganda of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge. Methods A random sampling method was used to select some residents in Beijing to conduct a questionnaire survey. The main contents of the questionnaire were "2006 National questionnaire of knowledge and belief in TB Prevention and Control", and the core information of TB prevention and control knowledge and suspected pulmonary tuberculosis symptom related questions were increased. Results 520 questionnaires were collected from residents. Of the 503 qualified questionnaires, the effective rate was 96.730.The total awareness rate of the core information on the prevention and control of pulmonary tuberculosis was 40.87%, 78.93% knew that pulmonary tuberculosis was a chronic respiratory infectious disease that seriously endangers people's health, and 48.51% knew that as long as regular treatment was adhered to, The vast majority of tuberculosis patients can be cured. Only 19.68% of the residents who know to check and treat tuberculosis at the county (district) level can enjoy the national free policy. 53.48% of the residents can identify 4 or more suspected symptoms of tuberculosis, and only 8 symptoms can be identified. Conclusion the level of awareness of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge among residents in Beijing is relatively low. If the patient is unable to recognize the symptoms in the early stage of pulmonary tuberculosis, It not only delays treatment, increases the probability of transmission of open pulmonary tuberculosis, but also induces the production of multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which brings more challenges to the prevention and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
