【摘要】：目的了解揚(yáng)州市HIV初篩陽性病例確證情況及免疫印跡試驗(yàn)(Western Blot,WB)帶型分布特點(diǎn),為艾滋病防治工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法應(yīng)用WB進(jìn)行HIV抗體確證檢測(cè)。分析不同性別、年齡組和感染途徑人群確證帶型差異。結(jié)果2012—2013年,揚(yáng)州市HIV初篩陽性率0.056%,經(jīng)WB確證,228例為HIV-1抗體陽性病例,確證陽性率87.35%,主要為男性(89.47%)、已婚(75.44%);主要來源于自愿咨詢檢測(cè)(39.91%)和住院及術(shù)前檢測(cè)者(34.21%);主要感染途徑為經(jīng)性接觸(97.37%)。HIV-1抗體陽性者、不確定者及陰性者初篩S/CO值差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。gp160陽性率最高(100.00%),p55最低(32.89%)。全帶型占24.12%,不同感染途徑陽性率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);不同年齡組p51陽性率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。24例不確定病例中有9例經(jīng)隨訪為陽性,其早期帶型均為gp160和p24。結(jié)論 HIV初篩假陽性率較高,須經(jīng)復(fù)檢、WB確證。不確定病例中,應(yīng)將早期出現(xiàn)gp160和p24帶型的病例作為高度疑似HIV感染者進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)隨訪。建議加強(qiáng)HIV的監(jiān)測(cè)與健康教育,進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)PITC,及早發(fā)現(xiàn)感染者,減少疾病的傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the Yangzhou city HIV screening positive cases were confirmed and immunoblotting test (Western Blot, WB) distribution belt, and provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control. Methods WB HIV antibody. The analysis of different gender, age groups and infected population with type differences. The results confirmed 2012 - 2013, Yangzhou HIV positive rate of 0.056%, confirmed by WB, 228 cases were HIV-1 positive cases, the positive rate was 87.35%, mainly for men (89.47%), married (75.44%); mainly from voluntary counseling and testing (39.91%) detection and hospital stay and preoperative patients (34.21%); the main route of infection is through sexual contact (97.37%).HIV-1 antibody positive, negative and uncertain screening S/CO value difference was statistically significant (P0.01) positive rate of.Gp160 is the highest (100%), p55 (32.89%). The lowest zone type accounted for 24.12%, there was statistically significant difference between the positive rate of different routes of infection Yi (P0.05); there was significant difference of the positive rate in different age groups of p51 (P0.05).24 cases confirmed cases in 9 cases were positive, the early bands were gp160 and p24. conclusion HIV screening high false positive rate, subject to review, WB confirmed. Uncertain cases, should be the early stage of gp160 and p24 with cases as highly suspected HIV infection were followed up. The key recommendations to strengthen monitoring and health education to further promote the HIV, PITC, early detection of infection, reduce the spread of disease risk.
